In Honor of Margaret Hill
Gone Home
After the suffering here,
You issue the invitation to there.
How do You welcome Your children home?
Is there a gentle tug?
Is there tea in a mug?
Do you hold her in Your arms so snug?
I hear dancing and music,
praise and rejoicing.
Welcome home and well-done.
You've been faithful on earth
with the little you had—
Now your resources expanded,
your work, exponential
beyond anything you imagined.
Be at peace with Me.
Rejoice with Me
as I bring home more of My own.
